What is ETHAZI?
For some time now, the demands of companies have been linked to a new profile of workers.
In addition to technical skills, the emphasis is placed on transversal skills: ability to work in a team, autonomy, responsibility, flexibility in new situations, communication, creativity,…
In this new context and in order to better respond to these new demands that we receive from the world of employment, we are changing the Izarraitz Vocational Training model based on the ETHAZI project.
This involves a disruptive methodological change, moving from traditional methodology to collaborative learning based on challenges.
ETHAZI
The whole learning model is organised around CHALLENGE-BASED COLLABORATIVE LEARNING, which is the main element.
Characteristics of the ETHAZI model:
