Intensive/Advanced Dual

Intensive Dual Vocational Training combines in-company and in-school learning processes through the co-participation of VET schools and companies or equivalent organisations.

   Objectives:

Intensive Dual VET makes it possible to obtain a Vocational Training qualification through a learning process, which is carried out in a shared manner between the training centre and the company.

Intensive Dual VET aims to facilitate the incorporation of young people into the job market, promoting quality jobs. It prioritises qualification and training over the product and the production process.

  • It prepares qualified people adapted to the needs of the Basque productive network and trained in its business processes and culture increasing the competitiveness of companies.
  • It is a system that helps the company to get to know the people through the programme by acquiring the appropriate training.

  • Receive remuneration proportional to the working time according to the contract or agreement and start their working life paying Social Security contributions.
