What you will learn:
Installation, configuration and maintenance of microcomputer systems, stand-alone or networked, as well as local networks in small environments. You will perform the following task:
- Installation and configuration of base software and application software, as well as wired, wireless or mixed local networks, connected to public networks.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of multi-user services, applications and shared devices in a local network environment.
- Assembly and configuration of computers and peripherals.
- Determination of the logistics associated with the installation, configuration and maintenance operations of microcomputer systems.
- Diagnosis of malfunctions in microcomputer systems and networks by means of functional tests.
- Revision of cabling and electronics of local networks in small environments and their connection with wide area networks.
- Execution of established procedures for the recovery of data and applications in the event of system failures and data loss.
- Preparing technical and administrative documentation for the system, drawing up quotations and providing advice to customer.
